What the application covers

One view for the shop floor and management

Daily, weekly and monthly indicators of production, quality and maintenance are shown on dashboards tailored to the user's role. The operator sees the line status, the shift leader downtime and performance, and management the trends by period.

Data straight from the process

The application collects signals and events from the line via PLCs, OPC servers or sensors and links them to production orders, shifts and products. Manual entry remains possible where automatic acquisition is not available.

Maintenance that doesn't wait for a breakdown

The CMMS module keeps records of equipment, planned interventions and maintenance history. SMS and email reminders reach the responsible people before the due date, and completed work is logged against the machine it concerns.

From a single piece to analysis

Every produced piece carries its parameters, quality control results and a link to the material. Traceability and consumption analysis make it possible to compare periods, lines and products without manually joining spreadsheets.

Production Monitoring System

Functionality

The eight functional areas of the system and what each one brings to the user on the shop floor.

KPIs and dashboards

A combined view of performance, quality and maintenance by day, week and month, with real-time line status.

Produced pieces

Records of units with production parameters, viewable by time, product identifier and selected values.

Production downtime

Automatic logging of unplanned stoppages, reason, duration and frequency, grouped by cause and line section, with notifications to those responsible.

Process data trends

Time series of signals such as temperature, speed, tension or thickness, with comparison and deviation analysis for process engineers.

Quality control

Accepted products versus scrap, linked to production records and measurements of quantity, weight or length.

Maintenance and CMMS

Equipment, planned interventions, intervention history and automatic reminders; predictive maintenance as a separate step based on validated data.

Traceability

The link between the identity of a product or material and the production records and events that affected it.

Consumption

Monitoring and analysis of energy and material consumption by period, line or product, based on the measurements available in the plant.

Technologies and integrations: Web and desktop interface · Microsoft SQL Server · OPC · PLC integration (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron) · SMS and email notifications · ERP/MES data exchange

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Does the existing automation have to be replaced?

No. The system connects to existing PLCs and SCADA systems via OPC or direct interfaces. The required data points and access method are defined after reviewing the equipment.

Can several sites be monitored?

Yes. Data from several lines or plants can be shown on shared dashboards, with access rights by user role and location.
