How does the contact form work?

The contact form uses Bootstrap Studio Smart Forms to process and send enquiries to our email address. When you click “Send enquiry”, the form data is forwarded to that service provider to deliver the message. Name, email address and message are required; company and phone are optional.

The service includes protection against unwanted submissions which, according to the Bootstrap Studio documentation uses Google reCAPTCHA. This protection may process technical data needed to distinguish real users from automated requests.

Do not enter passwords, confidential configurations, access keys or other sensitive data in your enquiry. If secure transfer is needed for our collaboration, we agree on the method separately.

When you send us an enquiry

We use the data you send to respond to your enquiry and to discuss possible collaboration. Depending on the nature of the request, the legal basis may be taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business communication. If we start working together, further processing and retention obligations are governed by the contract and applicable regulations.

We keep communication data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related business or legal obligations. The specific period depends on the content of the communication and on whether a contractual relationship is established.

Technical data and cookies

The code of this website itself does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not use local storage for form data. Fonts and images are served with the page. The hosting and network protection provider may process technical data necessary for content delivery and security, such as IP addresses and request logs.

If you are viewing this content in a website preview platform, that platform's policies apply separately to its features and technical processing.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable legal basis and the circumstances of processing, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We use the form data to handle your enquiry, not for automated marketing profiling.
